The Historical Society maintains copies of local obituaries by year.  If you can tell us the approximate year that your great grandfather died and his first and last name, we can probably find his obituary.

We also have indexes to the death records of deaths that occured in Randolph  County from 1882 to 1966.

You can become a member by simply clicking on the membership tab and following the directions on that page.  Memberships can be paid for by check or by credit card via Paypal.  Members receive complimentary research support and are mailed our periodic newsletter full of historical facts about Randolph County.
